Pathways Alum Mentoring (PAM) Program

The Pathways Alum Mentoring (PAM) program is designed to empower and support alums of the Pathways to Politics for Women program who plan to run for office in the next five years.

About the application

You will be asked a series of brief questions about:

  • Your political aspirations
  • Steps already taken towards public office
  • Key skill and/or experience gaps
  • Priority areas you wish to progress during your mentoring experience

Selection process

Participants will be selected on a competitive basis. Selection criteria:

  • Commitment to seeking elected office
  • Leadership experience
  • Professional and life experience
  • Political engagement
  • Readiness for mentoring relationship

A Selection Committee will choose the PAM cohort and undertake matching successful applicants to a relevant mentor. The Selection Committee will be guided by the principles of multi-partisanship, diversity and equity that inform selection into the Pathways to Politics for Women program.

We will email to inform you of the outcome of your application by early December.

Applications are now open and close at 11:59pm on Monday 18 November 2024
